Some of the couples decides to do it by themselves.

This is a question I’m being ask a lot: in Israel almost every venue offer the service of their own coordinators for the day of the event, and some time they are even helping with the preparations. 
They are much more taking care of their own staff, catering, vendors than the external vendors. they have event every single nigt and for them you  are just one of them. Only your event planner will be careful that everyone is on time, from the beginning of you preparation to the cake cutting, that the timeline is manage, that the decor is exactly as you detailed it and will manage your event as your wished with every little details. Both of them will work hand by hand to unsure you are having the perfect event.

Your Stress Levels
Your event planner is like a personal assistant but with all the knowledge needed in the event world. 
She will be present from the beginning until the last moment of your event. 
She will organize meeting, help you with choices, remind you schedule payment, make and follow to-do list. 
She will handle logistics, timeline, vendors conversations.
You can totally count on her and then you will be able to really live and enjoy your event at the fullest. 
It will certainly make a difference in yours and your family stress level.
